Take a pan add wheat flour 3 tsp of ghee and 2 tsp of milk and crumble with your finger tips. ( like halwasan

Seive it with a rice seiver
Heat a pan and keep hilafy till it becomes little crispy.
Cool it - 3
Take 1 tsp of ghee saute the gund in it and mash it
In a plate mix the reat of ghee and powder sugar and stir with your palm lightly till it becomes light and fluffy
Add elaichi powder and roasted flour and gund. Mix well and set in your desired shape for half an hour - 4
Now take the hung curd (excess water removed from curd like shrikhand) add powdered sugar and neem paste and blend to a thick frosting

Take the frosting in a piping bag and frost on the top of the cooled tart. Garnish with mango pieces nd roasted curry leaves and mango milk
