Ingredients

  • 1 cupunsweetened cocoa powder (natural or Dutch process)
  • 2 1/2 cupsall-purpose flour
  • 2 cupssugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonsbaking powder
  • 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 3large eggs, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cupvegetable oil
  • 1/2 cupsour cream
  • 2 teaspoonsvanilla extract
