Ingredients

2 hours for mar
6 to 7 servings
  • Green big chillis (bullet chillis) depend on family
  • 1/2 kgMince Mutton
  • Salt, zeera, red spice, garlic and ginger paste
  • 3-4 tablespoonBesan
  • Cheese
  • Ketchup
  • Mayonese

Steps

2 hours for mar
  1. 1

    1. Mince the Mutton 1/2 kg

  2. 2

    2. Add salt, red spice, zeera, paste garlic and ginger (everything as per taste)

  3. 3

    3. Mix it and Marinate for 2 hours

  4. 4

    4. Take big Bullet Green chillis

  5. 5

    5. Cut them and extract out it's seed (use gloves)

  6. 6

    6.fill the marinated mixture in the green chillis also add Cheese

  7. 7

    8. Fry and Serve with topping of Ketchup and Mayonese
