For the dough add flour,salt,sugar,yeast,cooking oil and mix. Start adding water knead to form a dough. Hard knead for 10 minutes put in a bowl and in a warm place for it to double in size.

For the pizzaolla sauce, cook onions add garlic till soft, add spices and blended tomatoes let it cook and turn of set aside

Cut the capsicums and smokies into small pieces set aside grate cheese and set aside. Now assemble all the ingredients

Preheat oven at 180 degrees

Grease your baking tray with oil. Roll the pizza dough and put on the tray, using a fork prick holes, add the pizzaolla sauce,followed by cheese

Then top it with smokies followed by The vegetables bake for 20 minutes
