Steps

Take a big mariegold biscuit packet, crush it and churn it in mixer jar make sure no lumps left.

Transfer this fine powder in a bowl. Add 1.5tsp of cocoa powder. Add one tsp of sugar. Add 3tsp of melted butter. Mix it well. Then add 1-1 tsp of milk into it.

Add 5-6 tsp of milk into it. Make a soft dough and keep aside.

Now in another bowl take 1/2cup of desiccated coconut. Add 1.5 tsp of sugar powder. Add 2 tsp of milk powder. Add 1tsp of melted butter. Now add 1-1tsp of milk. Add a total of 2tsp of milk into it. Mix it well till you get the right consistency. Now both mixtures are ready.

Now take a plastic sheet, place the biscuit dough, cover it with a plastic sheet and try to flatten with the help of rolling pin to the parantha consistency.

Now spread the Coconut mix on the top of the biscuit part.

Now try to roll it gently. Use plastic border to roll and make cylinder shape.

Keep it inside the plastic sheet and keep it in the fridge for 30mins so that the better gets set.

Take it out and spread some cocoa powder on the top and cut into the pieces so that the inside pinwheel is visible.

Now spread some choco syrup over it. And our yummy chocolate Pinwheel Rolls are ready.
