Saok barnyard millet for 3-4 hours

Make a smooth paste by grinding them in a grinder.

When it’s done add the boiled potato to the grinder and run it for one last time. This way potatoes will get mixed nicely.

Now take it out in a bowl and add all chopped vegetables

Also add salt, Chilli paste and black pepper to it. Can add red chili flakes too. Stir everything well and keep aside for 10 minutes

Now heat up a non-stick pan. Grease a bit with a brush.

Add eno to the mix and gently pour two spoons of water over it so that it mix evenly in the batter.

Putt two ladles of batter on the hot tawa and cover the pancake with a glass lid. Let it cook on low flame.

Flip it with a spatula and let it cook on the other side too.

Once done take it out in a plate and serve with any chutney
