Mix all the ingredients well. Now with approximately 1/2 cup of water make a dough for dhebra. Cover and rest it for 15 min.

Divide the dough into 10 parts. Now take one portion and with the help of flour roll it into a circle.

Heat an iron pan to roast prepared dhebra. Cook on one side until light brown spots appear. Flip it and cook until other side is done. Now add oil and flip it. Cook until well done on both side on medium heat. Repeat the process for all the portions of the dough.

Serve it hot or cold with homemade butter, ghee, pickles, chutneys and curd.
