  • 500 mlMilk
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 4 tbspCorn flour
  • 2 tbspButter
  • 1 tspVanilla essence
  • as requiredDesiccated coconut
  • as required Cherry
  • as required Elachi

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan,place it on platform add milk,sugar,corn flour

    Add corn flour in batches and mix well without lumps and stir continously

  3. 3

    Cook until thick consistency add butter and mix well.forms a layer on spatula turn off flame

  4. 4

    Take bowls grease bowls with butter

    Transfer mix into grease bowls

    Keep it in fridge for 3-4 hours to set

    After 3-4 hours take them out and separate edges gently and de mold.

    Coat on all sides with desiccated coconut garnish with cherries and elachi.
