This is very easy and healthy drink which can be taken in the evening daily, my mom's secret way to feed healthy veggies
Steps

Heat a pan add butter and shallots, ginger, garlic fry until soft

Now add greens of your choice with drumstick leaves (drumstick leaves rich in iron)

Add 1/2 cup water and cook until 3 minutes or till it's cooked
- 4
Grind to paste, add balance water and chilli powder bring to boil add salt as per your taste.

Serve hot with toppings
