Ingredients

10 - 15 minutes
2 people
  • 4shallots
  • 2garlic cloves
  • 1/4 inchginger(half of garlic)
  • 1 cupchopped palak/spinach
  • 1/2 cupdrumstick leaves
  • 1/2 tspplain red chilli powder
  • 1 tspbutter
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 cupswater
  • Toppings
  • 1 tspchopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tspPepper powder as per taste

Steps

10 - 15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a pan add butter and shallots, ginger, garlic fry until soft

  2. 2

    Now add greens of your choice with drumstick leaves (drumstick leaves rich in iron)

  3. 3

    Add 1/2 cup water and cook until 3 minutes or till it's cooked

  4. 4

    Grind to paste, add balance water and chilli powder bring to boil add salt as per your taste.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with toppings
