Kate huye nimbu me namak milaye, kali mirch (black pepper)powder, lal mirch Powder, 15 Nimu

2-3 tsp. Black pepper powder
1-2 tsp. Red chilli powder
1-2 tsp coriander powder
5-6 spoon salt
powder, sab mila le achi tarah se. - 3
Baad me gud (jagrry) milaye or 5-6 dono ke liye dhakkar rakh de roj ek bar chamach se jarur mix karein. 1 hafte me aapka chatpata nimbu ka achar taiyar.

Tip. Achar banane ke liye steel ka bartan hi istemal kijiye.
