Mix all dry ingredients keep aside,mix all wet ingredients together then mix onto dry ingredients mix well...if theres small lamps it's ok then rest for 5 mins

Use nonstick pan, on low heat brush with little butter pour one scoop of batter and wait until bubbles comes out then flip

Cook until golden then flip again cook for 2 mins, repeat with the remaining batter, serve with maple syrup, honey or cream
