Tiloon wala naan (saseme flat bread)

Take a bowl, add plain flour, sugar, salt, yeast, oil, yoghurt and baking soda and mix gently.

Now add water (lukewarm) and make a soft dough.

Apply some oil and leave it for 1 hour. Then divide it into 6 equal portions.

Dust some flour on kitchen surface, take 1 portion and make round bread shape with the help of rolling pin.

Then make sketch with the help of anything with the rounded bottom.

Apply milk and saseme seeds on top.

Flip it and apply water.

Heat up the tawa then flip it out.Lift the naan, and place it on the warm tawa.

And cook for 10 seconds. Then keep the flame on medium high and turn the tawa upside down and cook from top side.

Till wala naan (saseme flat bread) is ready.
