In a kadai heat oil and add mustard seeds

Once the mustard seeds splutter add a green chili and curry leaves

Then goes in soaked moong dal and saute for few mts

Now add the finely chopped carrot and beans.Add salt and saute for few mts.Dont over cook the veggies

Once the veggies are cooked add grated coconut
