Ingredients

  • 2 bowlmakhana/ fox nut
  • 1 bowlSugar
  • as neededPistachios for garnish
  • 1 spoonGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan melt ghee and roast makhana on law flame.

  2. 2

    Grind all makhana in fine powder.

  3. 3

    Add sugar and half bowl of water make 1 string sugar add makhana powder.

  4. 4

    Cook for 2 minutes and set in a Grease plate garnish with pista.

  5. 5

    Cut after set.

  6. 6

    Ready to serve.
