Ingredients

2 hours 30 minutes
4-5 servings
  • 1 kgMutton ,(boiled 2 hours)
  • 3 cupsdahi ,
  • 3onions sliced,
  • 3 tomatoes chopped,
  • Hara dhania,Hari Mirchi adrek for garnishing
  • 3 tablespoonOil
  • 1 teaspoon,ginger garlic paste ,
  • garam masala sabit,
  • haldi,
  • lal Mirch,
  • Pisa dhania powder,
  • 1 teaspoonzerra bhuna powder,
  • ,salt according to taste,
  • sabit dhania powder

Steps

2 hours 30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pan put oil & fry sliced onions till golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add boiled meat & ginger garlic paste,all masala with dahi mix it well and fry now put chopped tomatoes fry all with meat & cover it for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Then cover out & check all the masala cooked well then take half cup of flour roty ataa mix well with little water & put slowly slowly in side pan then cover the lid about 10 minutes.

    Check the consistency will not thick if it is thick then add 1 cup of water.Now garnish with Hara dhania,adrek

  5. 5

    Serve with Nan.
