Chawal ko adha ganta pehly wash kar ke soak kar lein.Aik pot mein Pani aur green color dal ke boil krny ke liye rakh dein.

Ab boiling water mein chawal dal dein. And cook on high flame until rice done.

Ab chawal ko strain kar lein.

Sheera tyar krny ke liye pan mein sugar aur 3,4 tbsp water dalen aur sath hi ghee dal ke medium flame py aik tar ki chashni bana lein.

Ab iss chashni mein boiled Green rice dal ke mix karein aur cover kar ke 10 to 15 minutes low flame py dum lagadein.

After that our delicious green meethay chawal ready hain, coconut and almonds sy garnish kar ke serve karein.
