Wash the meat, heat ghee in a pot add onion saute it well, add ginger garlic paste saute till golden brown, add meat mix well for a minute add turmeric and salt. Add spices, hari mirchi paste, curd mix well for a 2 minutes.

Add 1glass water and give 2-3 whistle, saute it, the mutton get tender and soft saute it, add 500 ml water. And let it boil mi

At the time of boiling, add dry fruits paste and cream. Mix well

Cook on low flame, till it get desired consistency, served with naan
