Ingredients

  • 3 bunchphuttu
  • 2chopped onion
  • 3chopped green chilli
  • 2bay leaf
  • 3chopped tomato
  • 1 tsp salt red chilli powder Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and cumin powder
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut phuttu and wash it nicely because there is so much soil in phuttu. Wash it 6-7 times

    Heat kadhai add oil add onion and bay leaf saute it

    Now add phuttu and saute it till it's water leave. It takes 15-20 mins. It's flames should high medium and slow

    Now add all masalas and tomato green chilli. Saute it and cover it for 10 more mins

    You can serve it with dhodha or roti
