Steps

  1. 1

    Boil rice and par-boil, cook to soft

  2. 2

    Blend pepper, onions and tomatoes for stew

  3. 3

    Boil meat and make stew

  4. 4

    Peel and boil yam

  5. 5

    Make a little sauce of pepper and onions add whisked egg and stir

  6. 6

    Serve well and make it look appetizing
