Rajasthani Papad Dana Methi ki sabji

Wash and soak fenugreek seeds/methi dana for 4-5 hours. Strain the water, pressure cook for two whistles in salty water.

Strain the water and wash with water for 3-4 times, so that bitterness go away. Now take a wok add oil and fry the papad.

In the same wok, take one tbsp oil, crackle the mustard and fennel seeds. Add boiled and washed methi dana, add all spices and mix well.

Now add 1/3 cup water and let it simmer. Now add fried broken papad pieces and cover and cook for 2-3 mins. The healthy and delicious Rajasthani papad dana methi is ready to serve...
