Cooking Instructions

Firstly,we prepare the jelly.Boil water in a pan then add jelly powder and stir for 2 minutes.Turn the flame off.Green Jelly is ready.Fill up the heart shape mould and keep it in refrigerator until the jelly gets completely set.

I pick only white and green colour from colourful vermicelli.Boil water in a pan and add green and white vermicelli.Turn off the flame when vermicelli gets boil.

Take 2 cup milk.keep 1 1/2 cup milk aside and in remaining half cup milk,add corn flour and green food colour.Stir well.

Now,boil 1 1/2 cup milk in a pan.When a boil comes,add sugar in milk and stir continously.When the sugar gets dissolve,add the cornflour solution in milk and keep stirring until the custard gets good consistency.

Keep the custard in the refrigerator.After 15 minutes,take out the custard and add chunks of apple and mango.

Azadi custard is ready but waittt!You are thinking WHY???because jelly is waiting in the refrigerator.It also wants to celebrate this wonderful day with us.So,open the refrigerator and take out the Jelly.
