Take biscuit put in the plastic bag and crushed by hand as shown in pictures and keep aside

In a bowl add cream beat intil double in volume

Then add sugar, cheese and essence and beat for 2 minutes

Take a pipping bag add half of the cream mix in it
- 5
Take a serving glass and add 1st layer of crushed biscuit
- 6
Then 2nd layer of wipe cream

3 rd layer of half biscuit and half chocolate

Now add few drops of green colour in the remaining cream and mix well, then pour in pipping bag

Wipe nicely the last layer of cream to cover the glass

Place in freezer for 2 hours or more and Serve chill
