Prepare the ingredients, and don't forget to freeze the bananas a day in advance. If you want to use unfrozen bananas, just add ice cubes to make it thick and creamy.

Add the bananas and blend until smooth. Use a spoon to scrape the sides of the blender to ensure everything is mixed.

Add fresh milk and cocoa powder. Blend again until smooth, adding ice cubes if it's still too thin. Adjust to your desired consistency.
