Cooking Instructions

Mix all the dry ingredients together i.e flour,baking powder,salt, sugar & vanilla flavor.

In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients together i.e butter, milk and eggs.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients & mix until the batter is smooth without any lumps. The batter should not be too thick nor too thin.
- 4
Place a non stick frying pan on a low flame and grease with butter. Pour the batter & fry on the first side until bubbles appear & the bottom is golden brown.
- 5
Flip to the other side until it is golden brown too. Serve with tea or coffee.
