Wash the fish and remove the inside but don't cut it in to pieces,then squeeze it with lemon Acid

Grind ginger, garlic, onions and pepper,then put in a bowl,add seasoning and spices,add little oil and mixed all together

Put all the mixture both in and outside the fish, put in to freezer for some hours
- 4
After some hours, bring it out from the freezer,put in the preheated oven on midium heated and baked for atleast 30 minutes or more depending on ur oven

Then served with chips and ganish with onions and tomatoes
