Ingredients

  1. Marinade
  2. 2 lbschicken breast
  3. 10 ozplain Greek yoghurt
  4. 1 tbspgaram masala
  5. 1 tbsplemon juice
  6. 1 tspground black pepper
  7. 1/4 tspground ginger
  8. Sauce
  9. 15 ozcan tomato sauce
  10. 1 1/2 cupsheavy whipping cream
  11. 5 clovesgarlic minced
  12. 4 tspgaram masala
  13. 1/2 tsppaprika
  14. 1/2 tspsalt
  15. 1/4 tspground cayenne (for extra heat)
  16. Fresh cilantro for serving

Steps

    Cut chicken into bite sized pieces 1/2 inch to 1 inch

  2. 2

    Stir together all marinade ingredients except chicken in a bowl. Add chicken chunks and mix until well coated. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Heat a large pan over high heat until very hot. Add chicken. Cook until chicken is cooked through. Drain water from pan as needed.

  4. 4

    Reduce to medium heat. Add all sauce ingredients, stirring until well mixed. Bring to a simmer.

  5. 5

    Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sauce should be slightly thickened and orange.

  6. 6

    Turn off heat. Serve over rice. Garnish with chopped cilantro and fresh lemon juice.
