Potato Bread Pakora
Mostly found in all vadapav stalls in Mumbai.
Steps
- 1
Mash the potato and add in turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic, coriander leaves and green chilli. (I have used red chilli since green chilli wasn't available.)
- 2
Apply the mixture on one side of bread and cover it with the other piece of bread.
- 3
Make a paste of liquid consistency using besan, salt and turmeric powder.
- 4
Cut the bread into half and dip in the besan paste.
- 5
Once the oil is hot put the bread and fry till golden brown on both sides.
- 6
Serve with sauce or green chutney
