  5. as per tasteRed chilli powder
  6. as requiredGaram masala
  7. as neededWater oil

    In besan add chopped onion, salt, red chili powder and garam masala

    Add water and prepare a batter

    Make chilla of this.

    On this add mashed paneer and onions

    Serve it with green chutney.
