Cooking Instructions

Soak rice for 2-3 hours, then wash it gently, and strain it. Add some water and put it in mixi and make a thick paste.

Start boiling some milk,and add those paste to it. Stir it continuously to avoid lumps.

Stir it till that mixture get little thicken then add sugar and condensed milk. Then start stirring again so sugar and condensed milk mixed properly with that milk mixture.

After this add few drops of vanila essence, and once that mixture thickens turn off the flame.

Prepare your mould with little clarified butter greasing,then put those thick mixtures in mould and put it in fridge.

After this your rice pudding will be perfectly formed, demould them and ready to serve with some chopped pistachio and colourful tutty fruty garnishing...
