Mix all the ingredients for making batter and make a thick batter with the help of water. Grate garlic and mix in it. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

Wash and slit green chilli from centre and fill it with mango powder.

Now heat oil in a wok. Dip green chilli in besan batter and drop in wok andvdeep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side also till golden brown colour.

Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
