Steps

Firstly in a large bowl take1 carrot 4 tbsp cabbage, 4tbsp shimla mirch,1/2 onion,1/4 tbsp ginger paste.

Add 1 tsp chilli sauce, 1/2tsp salt.Now mix well making sure everything is combined well.

After that add 2 tsp maida,2tsp cornflour and mix well.Now make a soft dough adding maida if required.

Now prepare small sized balls and deep fry in hot oil on medium flame.Fry balls untill the balls turn golden brown.

Now take a large pan and heat 2 tbsp oil and saute grated 1 piece of ginger and 2 chopped chilli.

Add 1/2 chopped onion and stir fry on high flame.now add half sliced shimla mirch and fry it.

Add 2 tbsp vinegar,2 tbsp soya sauce 1 tsp chilli sauce 2 tbsp tomato sauce,1/2 tsp pepper powder,and1/4 tsp salt.

Stir fry and make sure all the sauces are well combined. Add 1 1/2 cup water and boil on medium flame.Take 2tsp cornflour and 1/4 cup water in a small bowl.

Mix cornflour into the curry and mix it well. Continue to boil until the gravy thickens and turns glossy.

Add prepared veg Manchurian balls and mix well. Now, Spicy veg Manchurian is ready. Serve it with fried rice.
