Heat oil /butter then add mustard seeds. Now add chopped beans capsicum after 13 seconds add turmeric powder red chilli powder Garam masala and chopped tomatoes..

Cook for 2-3 minutes.add salt.mix well

Now add kasuri methi fresh cream and combine cook without lead for 2 to 3 minutes turn off heat.

Add lemon juice and chopped coriander.

Serve with paratha, rice aur roti.
