Coconut Garlic Chutney

Heat the pan add oil

When oil getting hot add garlic pods and dry coconut mix well and saute for 2 min.

Cool down the garlic and coconut then take a mixi pot (jar) put in garlic and dry coconut cumin seeds red chillies salt and

Lightly crush the mixture.

Your garlic coconut chutney is ready

Put in air tight jar (it's not spoil for 2 months)

Enjoy with chapati,bread,naan.
