Boil the potatoes for 7-8 minutes. Peel off the skin then heat oil in a karahi. Fry the potatoes and remove from karahi.

In oil add green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaves. When they crackles add onion paste. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste and saute.

Now add salt, sugar, coriander powder, green chilli paste, black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

When oil separates from masala then add Coconut Milk. Cook it on medium flame for 2 minutes.

Now add baby potatoes in the gravy. Boil for 2 minutes. When the gravy become thick switch the flame off.
