Creamy Vegan Truffle Dressing

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupRaw cashews
  2. 1+ cup water
  3. 1 tsptruffle oil
  4. 1 tsptarragon
  5. 1 Tbspapple cider vinegar
  6. DashTruff hot sauce
  7. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    If you do not have a high power blender, soak cashews for at least 4 hours. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Stir in a bit of extra tarragon flakes.

    Chill for 2 hours before serving. Will keep for about a week in the fridge.
