Cut the onion in long and thin size. Add salt, Red chilli powder, Hing, turmeric and mix it properly

After 10 minutes add besan and rice flour..mix it properly without any water. If you think that it is not mixed properly then use spoon to add water..it will be good that if you don't add any water.

Heat oil on high flame. Take handful and spread it in the oil.. don't go for any shape. Two-three minutes on high flame. Afterwards fry on medium flame till it turns golden in color. Take it out. It is ready to serve with tea..
