Hi there. We made this with rave reviews. People actually took it home which made me very proud. But the butter ratio was kind of odd. We decided to put the cup and a half of butter in the cake before we realized that perhaps we should have reserved one stick for the frosting. We googled some other peanut butter frosting recipes though and added butter and milk until it was creamy. It all worked out, but next time I think we will put one cup of butter in the cake and half a cup in the frosting. This is a delicious recipe. I suggested to Darrell that we could also crush peanut brittle on top.
