Thank you Chef Neha ji , for the attractive and delicious vanilla cookies. I recreated the cookies , with taking ghee (clarified butter). The taste was so yummy, the cookies finished in no time.
Vanilla Cookies
Thank you Chef Neha ji , for the attractive and delicious vanilla cookies. I recreated the cookies , with taking ghee (clarified butter). The taste was so yummy, the cookies finished in no time.
Cooking Instructions

Sieve maida and baking powder. Keep on a plate.

Mix well ghee and powered sugar.
- 3
Mix maida and baking powder mixture in batches, to ghee mixture. Mix just to make crumbles.

Divide the crumble to two equal parts. To one part add food color and bind with little milk to make a colourful dough.

To the other half, add milk and make white dough.
- 6
Roll out both the red color and white one,on butter paper. Place red on white and roll it to a cylindrical one.

Keep the cylindrical dough on a butter paper and place in refrigerator to set.
- 8
Cut into 1/2 " pieces and bake in the preheats Kadhai on low heat. It took 35 minutes to bake a batch of cookies.
