Vanillekipferls are an essential Plätzchen (German Christmas cookie)! I saw how to make these on TV, then tried out a bunch of recipes, and finally came up with one that I liked. When using refined sugar, in order to make a smooth dough, let it sit overnight. If you don't have vanilla sugar, substitute by scooping out the inside of a vanilla bean and mixing it with powdered sugar. Or, you can mix the inside of the vanilla bean into the dough itself. Recipe by Engel cookpad.japan -

Vanilla Diamant Cookies Vanilla Diamant Cookies
This is the basic cookie I always bake. You can freeze the dough, so I often make a lot of dough when I have time, and keep them in the freezer! If you put vanilla beans instead of the oil, the cookie will be richer and more delicious. The trick is to mix the butter and sugar well! Make the mixture airy and fluffy. When you knead the chilled dough, don't hesitate and knead thoroughly! If the dough warms up, gluten develops and makes the cookie less crispy, so be careful in summer . Linzer cookies Linzer cookies
Easy to make cookies. Almond flour and vanilla extract make these cookies a very nice treat. A cup of tea and Linzer cookies are making a perfect match. First they are going to be crispy but once u pit them in an air tight box for 1 night they r going to turn delicious and soft. :-) Alexandra -
Vanilla and Walnut Cookies Vanilla and Walnut Cookies
I added vanilla beans, one of my favorite ingredients, and made a crispy cookie.Do not substitute milk for the fresh cream. Once baked, the texture of the cookies will turn out quite differently. It's up to you whether you'd like to add the walnuts. I'd also recommend simply adding nothing and having just the vanilla beans. Recipe by ko-ko cookpad.japan
