This is a melt in the mouth, smooth, spiced & seasoned gram flour rolls. khandvi is a delicious healthy snack from the Gujarati cuisine.
Steps

Mix curd and water in a bowl and mix it well

Slowly add the gram flour and all the masalas and mix it well to avoid lumps.

Heat a pan and add the batter in it. Stir well.

Cook on slow flame for 10 mins. Keep stiring to break lumps and make a thick paste.

Spread a spoonful of batter on a greased thali or smooth surface. Wait for a few seconds and then roll it. Pour more portion of batter and repeat the above process to prepare rolls.

Allow the rolls to cool.

Tempering: heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, curry leaves and asofoetida to it.

Pour the tempering over the khandvis.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
