Properly wash beef cubes.

Take beef cubes in a bowl and marinate with ginger garlic papaya paste, green chilli paste, salt, pepper, red chilli powder, zeera powder, dhaniya powder, vinegar and lemon juice

Leave it for 1 hour in fridge.

Take it out and pressure cook for 50 minutes

Later take gravy and beef in a big wok and cook until water dries

Lastly, add yoghurt and fried onions mixture and cook again until oil is completely released

Yummy Beef Bihari Boti I ready to be served with naan or paratha.
