Soak chole in normal water for 6-7 hrs then pressure cook for 1 whistle at high flame then 2-3 whistle at low flame.

Make a paste of onion tomato and ginger. Heat the pan and add 2 tbsp oil and add bay leaf and 1/2 tbsp ajwain then add onion tomato ginger paste and sauteed them for 5 min then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt as per taste and cover the pan.

After 5 mins add boiled chole and mix them properly add water as needed then add chole masala when it will be ready add coriander leaves for garnishing.

For bhature- Take maida in a large bowl add salt and sugar then knead it with the help of soda water it. Then it should not be very hard or not be very soft.

No need to put maida for rest it's instant bhature because we needed it by soda water.

Roll bhatura Heat oil in kadhai and add bhatura in hot oil.

Chole bhature is ready.
