Blanch the groundnut and add it into a bowl add half tsp of salt then add the hot water, stir it and allow it to rest in the water for 5 minutes.

Sieve the flour in a bowl add the milk and half tsp of salt mix them together until they are well combined.

Break the egg in a bowl and add the sugar mix them together until the sugar dissolved.

Take out the groundnut from the water and drain it allow it to dry for 30 minutes in a tray.

Put the dried groundnut into a mixing bowl and add the mixed sugar and egg into it shake the bowl for it to combine with the sugar and egg.

Then add the dry ingredients into the groundnut, continue the process until the groundnut is well coated.

Put the groundnut into a sieve and sieve it so that excess flour will sieve out and the groundnut will be smooth.

Pour oil into a frying pan and put them on a medium heat, add the coated groundnut into the hot oil and fry it until it becomes golden brown.
