Raspberry Ice-cream

I did try too separate the Raspberry Pips - I crushed the cleaned Raspberries on a Plate with the back of a Dessert Spoon - added it all too the sweetened Cream mix and then spent hours sieving the fairly thick Cream through the Flour Sieve - have got One Container with Raspberry Pip free Ice-cream.The rest - I blended in my Nutri Ninja fast Blender,so as too smooth out the Raspberry Pips.Could have strained the crushed Raspberries with just the Evaporated Milk, but I think that using my Nutri Ninja Blender was the quick and best option in the end.

Have not actually eaten it - as a Ice-cream yet.The Ice-cream may prove to be better the Second time around, for some went through a Flour sieve and some didn't.
