Coconut Ladoos
Steps

In a kadai take 1 tsp ghee and saute the chopped almonds and cashews on low flame and remove and keep aside.

In the same kadai add raisins in little ghee and saute and remove and keep aside.

Add 1 tbsp ghee and saute the suji on low flame till u get nice aroma and colour changes slightly.Remove and keep aside.

Then take the remaining ghee and add grated coconut and saute on low flame for 7-8 mins. Then add the roasted suji, rosted dryfruits and mix well.

Add the sugar and keep stirring on low flame till sugar completely melts and the mixture becomes dry. Do not overcook.

Remove the mixture in a plate and take small portions and make ladoos when the mixture is warm. Let the ladoos cool. Then store in an airtight container. I made 20 ladoos with this.
Tips
You can add jaggery also instead of sugar.
