Grind tomato, green chilly, ginger and garlic. Make a fine paste...

Heat oil in Kadai. Add Chopped onion. Fry tell it become light brown in color. Add potato cubes and fry till it turns in brown color. Then add turmeric powder. Saute it for minutes.

Add red chilly powder. Add tomato paste. Fry till the raw smell of ma's ala goes off.

Add salt and water. Cook till it become dry.

Make a three space in the gravy.add three eggs. Sprinkle black pepper powder. Cover and cook in slow flame till the egg cook properly.

Once it is done. Transfer to to a plate. Ready to serve...
