Ingredients

30 minutes
3 servings
  1. 300 gmboneless chicken breast
  2. 1green bell pepper cubed
  3. 1red bell pepper cubed
  4. 1/2cucumber cubed
  5. 1small carrot diced thinly
  6. 2medium onion cubed
  7. 1 tspginger grated
  8. 7-8garlic cloves minced
  9. 5-6green and red chiliies slit
  10. 2 tbsptomato ketchup
  11. 2 tspchilli sauce
  12. 2 tbspdark soya sauce
  13. 1 tbspvinegar
  14. To tastesalt
  15. 1 tspsugar
  16. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  17. 2-3 tbspcornflour
  18. As neededrefined or sesame seed oil
  19. 1 tbspsesame seeds
  20. 1/2 tspajinomoto
  21. 1 pinchorange red food colour

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Marinate boneless bite sized pieces of chicken with cornflour,soya sauce,green chilli sauce,little orange red food colour,vinegar,garlic paste and little salt.Meanwhile cube red and green bell peppers, cubed onion and petals disintegrated,1 small carrot sliced into thin rounds.Slice few green and red chillies.Grate ginger and mince garlic.Slice few red and green chillies.Heat oil and fry the marinated chicken coating each piece again with cornflour.

    Remove excess oil.In 2 tbsp oil, sprinkle grated ginger,minced garlic and slit green chillies.Fry lightly and add all the vegetables and little salt. Stir fry.Add tomato ketchup,soya sauce,chilli sauce, sugar and rest of the marinated sauce with cornflour.Add 1/4 th cup water or pineapple juice and add the chicken.Boil till gravy coats the chicken and vegetables.Consistency of gravy depends on personal choice, with or without gravy.

    Sprinkle ajinomoto(MSG) and sesame seeds and toss.Serve hot with pan fried noodles or mixed fried rice.
