Turn on the gas flame and let the milk to boil and in the same time place a kadhai on the other burner and roast all dry ingredients for 2 to 3 mins on slow to medium flame. Turn off the gas and transfer all masala to a plate and cool it for some time and grind it to get a coarse mixture.

Now when the milk completely boil turn off the gas and take a bowl add there 1:1 ratio of water and lemon juice and mix a pinch of Tatri to it and mix with the milk. Stir it slowly so that the water and paneer got seperated. Now mix all Herbs to it.

Now take a muslin cloth and all prepared paneer with mixed herbs. Show it to tap water. Wash it properly. So, that all sour taste will remove. Now squeeze it properly and hang it for 30 mins. When it will done it will look like this as shown in the photos. So, let's jump into our next step.

When the water got drained then take a empty deep bowl, set a stainer there and keep that handing paneer and on the above keep a lot. Allow it set it for at least for 5 hr's. Then it's done if you want refrigerator for 30 mins. Finally it's done....
