  • 1puff pastry
  • 8apples
  • 1 pinchcinnamon
  • Lemon juice
  • 1egg yolk

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel and chop the apples into medium sized pieces and add the cinnamon and lemon juice

  2. 2

    Place the apples into the puff pastry and paint the apples with the yolk

  3. 3

    Put the tart into the oven until golden
