Marinate your chicken with crushed garlic and rosemary leaves in salt and a little oil for a little over 5 hours

Peel the potatoes and slice them in fours and put to boil until ready but not mashy.

Cover the chicken pieces in foil and put in the oven

Crush garlic and add salt, pepper and alittle oil and mix them well.

Cover in foil and put in the oven for 15mins.

Serve with kachumbari and enjoy
